A batch of screening equipment specially developed for the sorting of building decoration garbage was completed and officially loaded and sent to the customer site. The equipment delivered this time includes a number of core products such as bounce screens, roller screens, negative pressure air selectors, etc., which will be used in the construction waste resource treatment production line to help customers achieve efficient sorting and environmentally friendly recycling.

Several large transport vehicles are neatly arranged in the factory loading area, and the technical team is conducting fixed inspections of the equipment. With its unique vibration sorting principle, the bouncing screen can accurately separate heavy materials such as bricks and concrete from light impurities; the multi-layer structure drum screen quickly screens out aggregates of different particle sizes through pore sizes; while the negative pressure air sorter uses airflow dynamics to efficiently extract light materials such as plastics and wood chips. The collaborative operation of the entire set of equipment can increase the separation purity of metal, wood, plastic, slag and other components in decoration waste to more than 95%, greatly reducing the landfill amount and improving the utilization rate of renewable resources.

"This batch of equipment adopts a modular design, flexible installation and reduced energy consumption by 20%. " said the technical director of China-Italy Machinery. In recent years, with the acceleration of urban renewal speed and the demand for decoration waste disposal has surged, China-Italy Machinery has continuously optimized equipment performance in response to industry pain points. For example, the wear-resistant screen plate life of the bouncing screen is extended to more than 8,000 hours, the air volume intelligent adjustment system of the negative pressure air selector can adapt to complex working conditions, and the anti-blocking design of the drum screen significantly reduces the frequency of shutdown maintenance.

At the loading site, the project manager of the client said: "We have inspected many suppliers, and the sorting efficiency and stability of China-Italy equipment are particularly in line with expectations. In particular, their 'silencing + air selection' combination plan can directly convert mixed waste into recycled aggregates and combustible materials, which is crucial for us to build a zero-waste construction site." It is reported that after this batch of equipment is put into production, it is expected to be able to process 300,000 tons of decoration waste every year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 12,000 tons. The recycled recycled materials will be used for municipal road paving and environmentally friendly brick manufacturing.
